- Do you sleep more or less than usual?
- Do you experience excessive guilt or feelings of self-doubt?
- Do you have recurring thoughts of death?

Are you experiencing loss?
Grief is a natural reaction to loss and it involves many complex and intense feelings. None of us grieves in exactly the same way but there are phases that we all tend to experience on our path to healing.
Understanding the process and how to move through it can assist in that journey.
Grief is natural and necessary after loss – and it is work. It is important to stay in process, allowing for continual movement toward healing.
